The inspiration for this podcast.

After nearly two decades creating content around dating—as an influencer, writer, and coach—I felt ready for a change. While guiding people through relationships was meaningful, my deep dive into the Idaho 4 case opened my eyes to something larger. I wasn’t just fascinated by the facts—I was consumed by the psychology, the choices, and the human behavior behind them.

That curiosity built on work I’d already been doing. As part of my year-long trauma recovery certification process, I spent a significant amount of time studying the brain—how it processes fear, memory, attachment, and decision-making. That training sharpened my ability to look beneath surface behavior and recognize the deeper forces driving people’s actions. Combined with what I call my ADHD superpower—extreme pattern recognition—I began connecting dots in ways that revealed deeper insights and unexpected truths. The more I researched, the more I realized what I really wanted was to tell stories that ask why people do what they do.

That realization led me to create Character Analysis, a podcast where true crime, psychology, and pop culture collide. Drawing on my certification, love of mysteries, and years of experience as a content creator, I unpack complex dynamics and bring them into everyday language. Each episode goes beyond headlines and surface narratives to explore not just what happened, but why it matters. From high-profile cases to viral internet drama, I dig into the motives, dynamics, and cultural forces that shape the stories we can’t stop talking about.

At its core, Character Analysis is about curiosity, critical thinking, and making sense of the people and events that capture our attention.
